Booking Policy:
To check availability and secure your tour, please provide the following details:

Full name
-
Number of guests
-
Preferred date
-
Type of tour
-
Pick-up location
Once availability is confirmed, a deposit of $400 USD is required to secure your reservation.
This deposit must be completed within 24 hours of confirmation.
The remaining balance will be due on the day of the tour, at the time of pick-up.
Cancellation & Rescheduling:
Cancellations made by the tour provider are rare. In such cases, we will offer to reschedule or provide a full credit valid for 6 months.

Tours operate rain or shine; weather is not a valid reason for cancellation.

If you need to reschedule, please contact us at least 3 hours in advance. Changes are subject to availability.

Some experiences (such as tours, boats, or special ceremonies) may be non-reschedulable.

No-shows or failure to notify us within 30 minutes of the scheduled start time will result in no refund.
